So, Torchwood: Miracle Day ended yesterday and I was hoping for all these questions and plot points to be resolved. But, with only 1 hour to accomplish so much, I knew this wouldn't happen....and I was right. There is so much where I just don't understand, not because it's so complicated but because it wasn't explained at all (unless I missed a lot).

They had ten 40-minute episodes to explain this story, but ended up leaving way too much for the final episode. Previous episodes could've been cut down and minor, pointless storylines could've been cut out completey.

Miracle Day was a bit of a disappointment....except for Jack, Gwen and Jilly who were just awesome and hilarious. Below is a screenshot from the fight between Gwen and Jilly. In the shot, Jilly is throwing herself towards buttons on an elevator.
